fantastic hotel experience
clean hoteltidy feelingamazing staffgreat amenities
the hotel was clean and tidy it gave an overall fancy feeling. the staff were amazing i found the location convenient and service was great all around. the gym was a perk after a long flight it helped me unwind. the bathroom amenities were of great quality and generous size i really liked them
the restaurant was quite busy i needed to book in advance for dinner

the hotel has great access to the airport making travel seamless and stress-free. it is very convenient for international travelers needing a place to rest after long flights or between connecting flights. the area around the hotel is calm and quiet

the facilities were modern and well kept i enjoyed the gym. the hotel has clean facilities throughout it. luggage storage was very helpful as i had items i didn't need in my room

i visited the restaurant at the top of the hotel i found it comfortable and enjoyable. the breakfast offered variety and quality exceeding my expectations for an airport hotel. the staff was attentive and friendly during the dining experience

Convenient and Comfortable Stay

The staff moved my belongings quickly after an AC issue arose in my original room. The new room had functional air conditioning and was clean. The location allows for a quick walk to the international terminal for early departures. The restaurant offers an excellent menu and wine list.
The lighting in the bathroom was inadequate for applying makeup.

The staff were helpful, even at midnight. They were very pleasant and also solved the ac issue with speed. I appreciate the fast relocation of my belongings after the room change.

The restaurant featured generous portion sizes. The food arrived quickly. My room service food was kept at a good temperature all the time. The restaurant's menu and wine list were also very extensive.

The room was clean and well set. The location was very convenient, close to international departures. I OFFER my sincere appreciation for the wonderful stay I had.
I do not feel this hotel is worth around $360 per night. The non alcohol side of the mini bar was supposed to be complimentary for platinum members, but I am waiting to hear from the hotel re being charged for these items.
